AI Agents Privacy Notice

We use AI agents to help authorized staff manage business email, booking inquiries, and calendars.

With permission, the agents access relevant messages, contact details, calendar events, and availability. Information needed for a task may be processed by our AI service providers and, when used, Telegram.

Google credentials are stored securely. Records may remain in email, calendars, task histories, and service logs. Account holders can revoke Google access at any time through their Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future access but does not automatically delete previously retained records.

Google data is not sold, used for targeted advertising, or used to train generalized AI models. Its use follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
